Our Founder
John Meschter is a recognized technical leader and innovator with more than 30 years of experience in high-speed automation, large-scale manufacturing, and multi-technology product development. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex engineering programs, commercialized advanced technologies, and developed scalable manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.

Based near Lausanne, Switzerland, John continues to collaborate closely with Dr. Michael Grätzel, the inventor of dye-sensitized solar cells. His hands-on experience spans decades of product and manufacturing innovation, including leadership roles at Polaroid Corporation, where he developed advanced battery manufacturing systems and innovative film technologies. He has also contributed significantly to advancements in fuel cell systems, lithium-ion battery design, and large-scale automated assembly, helping bridge the gap between research, engineering, and commercial production.
